Tamagotchi Forever is a digital extension of the hand-held game that first became popular in 1997. It follows the same principles, as the user will have to care for his or her Tamagotchi in order to keep it healthy. The main difference is that all interactions will now take place directly through the touchscreen of a mobile phone. The graphics are much more advanced than the monochrome displays associated with the original version. This game is available for both Android and iOS operating systems. As it is free to play, users are not required to make any type of payment in order to enjoy its interactive benefits
Additional Details and Competition Information
When users register at the official My Tamagotchi Forever website, they will be entered into an online competition. One lucky payer will be chosen as the inspiration for an entirely new Tamagotchi character design. This software represents a collaboration between Bandai Entertainment and Namco.
